Frequently asked questions

What is red light therapy?

A non-invasive wellness session on a full-body, lay-down bed using 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light. It is a light-based wellness treatment, not a tanning session or a medical treatment.

How long is a red light therapy session?

Appointments last 30 minutes including changing time, with up to 20 minutes on the bed.

How much does red light therapy cost?

A single session is £18, or 8 sessions per month for £89.

Is the blood testing consultation free?

Yes. Your initial consultation with Equilibrium's NMC-registered nurse is free, with no obligation to buy a test. Tests start from £59.

Is a blood test a medical diagnosis?

No. Blood testing through Equilibrium and Vitall provides health and wellbeing insight. It does not replace medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment from your GP.

Who analyses my blood sample?

Samples are analysed through Vitall, which works with UKAS-accredited laboratories.
