Hi, I'm Angharad Hughes. I have been working as a Wellbeing Coach since 2016. I have loved helping my clients over the years find freedom from stress, burnout, anxiety, Imposter Syndrome and I am so excited to be working alongside Vics to develop packages to help businesses and their employers thrive.
I use anxiety reducing techniques such as Mindfulness, NLP, visualisation and meditation to lead clients to a place of freedom and away from intrusive and destructive thought patterns.
