People come to therapy for many different reasons. It might be that you are struggling with relationship issues or breakdown, a job redundancy or change, bereavement, or other significant life events. It might be that you have lived with symptoms of depression, anxiety or panic attacks, feeling stressed or overwhelmed and struggling to cope with everyday tasks and life. Whatever it is that you are seeking support for, the safe space of a therapeutic relationship can help you to gain perspective and insight in to how you tick, get clarity on your thought processes and how these impact your feelings and behaviours and find new ways of living your life to enable you to regain your sense of direction and purpose.
